Should we turn back to our original course at the :21 or :27 minute mark?

If you put the cursor on the :21 minute mark you will see it is bearing 337° and is 5.2 miles from your own ship. Move the cursor + 30 to 007 and the same 5.2 mile range. Then on that cursor position, place a straight edge that is parallel to the original Relative Motion vector.

Do the same for the :27 minute mark. Which time would you choose?
